¿How do I return an article?
Have you received your order but it does not meet your expectations, firstly,we want you to know that your satisfaction is our priority and we regret that the product you have received does not meet your expectations. You can exercise your right of return t within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order by contacting our customer service department at sarahworld.com via email
devoluciones@sarahworld.com indicating your order number. Once you have done this you have 14 days to return the product to us.
How long will it take to refund my payment?
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive your refund in the same way in which you paid or you can choose to receive a credit voucher for the same amount. Once you receive the confirmation email for the return of your product, we will proceed to refund the money within 5 days. If you placed your order by credit card, the bank will refund your card at the end of the working month. This is a term that is stipulated by the bank.
How much does it cost to return a product? Do I have to pay?
The cost of returning a product is at the customers own expense when the product received was correct according to your order, and was received in perfect conditions, with the exception of products which have been received in a damaged or faulty state or delivery errors. If the product received does not match the description given or has a manufacturing problem please contact us and we will arrange for collection of the product in 24 to 48 hours.
